These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Scientific AI website, WordPress plugins, downloadable software, licence keys and related services provided by Scientific AI Limited.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing, downloading, installing or using any Scientific AI product.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a plugin, activating a licence key or using any Scientific AI software or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase, download, install or use our products.
3. Our Products
Scientific AI provides digital products and services, including WordPress plugins, software licences, artificial intelligence tools and related software functionality.
Our products may be offered as Free, Pro, premium, subscription, annual licence, lifetime licence or bundled products.
Features available in Free and Pro versions may differ. The functionality included in a particular product or licence is described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
Our software products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices shown on our website apply at the time an order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
An order is normally accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we provide an order confirmation, downloadable product, licence key or other digital access.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment misuse, unauthorised resale, abuse of our licensing system, a pricing error or unlawful activity.
If we cancel a valid paid order before providing the purchased digital product, the appropriate payment will be refunded.
5. Digital Delivery
Purchased software, plugin files and licence information may be delivered through your Scientific AI customer account, order confirmation page, email or another electronic method.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining accurate account information.
You are also responsible for securely storing downloaded plugin files and licence information.
6. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases, including a possible 14-day cancellation period, subject to applicable laws concerning digital content.
Where you request immediate access to downloadable software before the end of an applicable cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once the digital content has been supplied or downloading has begun.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any statutory rights you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described, does not conform to the contract or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.
A refund may be considered where:
- You have been charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You successfully paid but did not receive access to the purchased plugin or licence.
- The software contains a verified technical defect that prevents a core advertised feature from functioning and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution.
- The purchased product was materially different from its description.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Subject to your statutory rights, a refund will normally not be provided merely because you change your mind after downloading, activating or using a digital product.
8. Software Licences
Certain Scientific AI Pro products require an active licence key in order to unlock premium functionality, updates, services or other features.
A licence may be restricted according to:
- The Scientific AI product purchased
- The number of permitted websites
- The licence duration
- The licence plan
- The customer account
- Any other limits clearly shown at the time of purchase
A licence purchased for one Scientific AI product does not automatically activate another Scientific AI product unless the applicable plan or bundle expressly includes it.
9. Licence Keys and Website Activations
Licence keys are issued to the customer who purchased the applicable product.
A one-site licence may normally be activated on one website at a time. Multi-site licences may be activated on up to the number of websites included in the purchased plan.
Scientific AI may use reasonable technical measures to validate licence status, website activations, licence expiry, product identity and activation limits.
You must not publicly disclose, sell or distribute your private Scientific AI licence key or use it to intentionally bypass the activation limits of the purchased plan.
We may suspend or revoke licence services where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorised key sharing, abuse of the licensing system or other material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Free and Pro Versions
Scientific AI may provide Free versions of plugins alongside Pro or premium versions.
Free versions may contain fewer features or less automation than Pro products.
Purchasing one Scientific AI Pro product does not grant access to all other Scientific AI Pro products unless they are specifically included in a bundle or other purchased plan.
11. OpenAI and Third-Party Services
Some Scientific AI products integrate with third-party platforms, APIs and artificial intelligence providers, including services such as OpenAI.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for creating, maintaining and paying for any third-party account or API access required to use these features.
Charges made directly by OpenAI or another third-party provider are separate from payments made to Scientific AI.
Scientific AI cannot issue refunds for charges made directly by a third-party provider.
Third-party platforms may change their prices, APIs, functionality, availability or terms independently of Scientific AI. We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of any third-party service.
12. Artificial Intelligence Output
Scientific AI plugins may generate or assist with content such as articles, titles, descriptions, metadata, ALT text, filenames, images, SEO suggestions or other AI-generated output.
Artificial intelligence output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated output before relying upon or publishing it.
Scientific AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve any particular search-engine ranking, traffic level, revenue, conversion rate or commercial result.
13. WordPress and WooCommerce Compatibility
Our products are developed for compatible WordPress environments. Certain plugins may also integrate with WooCommerce, SEO plugins or other WordPress extensions.
Because WordPress websites can contain many different themes, plugins, hosting configurations and custom code, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every possible combination.
You are responsible for maintaining a suitable WordPress environment and for creating appropriate backups before making significant changes to a production website.
14. Plugin Updates
We may provide updates to Scientific AI software to introduce new functionality, improve compatibility, correct defects or address security issues.
Access to Pro updates may require an active licence, depending on the applicable product and plan.
We may modify, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary due to technical, security, legal, commercial or third-party platform changes.
15. Support
Support may be available for Scientific AI products as described on the applicable product page.
Support generally covers reasonable assistance with installation, activation and verified problems with our own software.
Support does not necessarily include custom website development, third-party plugin configuration, hosting administration, custom programming or resolving problems caused solely by unrelated third-party software.
16. Renewals and Subscriptions
Some licences may be sold on an annual or recurring basis.
Where automatic renewal applies, this will be shown during checkout or within your customer account.
You may cancel future automatic renewals using the options available through your account or by contacting Scientific AI.
Cancellation of a future renewal does not normally terminate access for a licence period that has already been paid for.
When a paid licence expires, certain Pro functionality, updates, online services or licence-dependent functionality may stop or become unavailable.
17. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licensing
Scientific AI branding, website content, documentation, graphics, trademarks and other proprietary materials remain the property of Scientific AI Limited or their respective owners.
Where Scientific AI WordPress plugin code is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or another open-source licence, your rights to use, modify and distribute that code are governed by the applicable open-source licence.
Commercial licence terms may separately govern access to premium services, licence activation systems, automatic updates, support, hosted services and other functionality supplied by Scientific AI.
You may not falsely represent yourself or another product as being Scientific AI Limited or use our trademarks or branding in a misleading way.
18. Acceptable Use
You must not use Scientific AI products or services:
- For unlawful activity.
- To gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
- To intentionally interfere with or damage our services.
- To distribute malware or malicious code.
- To fraudulently obtain or share licence access.
- In a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
19. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress website, hosting environment, administrator accounts, API keys and licence information.
You should not publicly expose private API keys, account passwords or Scientific AI licence credentials.
20. Privacy and Data
Personal information collected through our website, customer accounts and purchasing process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where a Scientific AI plugin sends information to a third-party API, the relevant third party may process that information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own use of our software complies with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
21. Availability of Services
We aim to keep our website, licence validation systems and related services available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting problems, internet failures, security incidents, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, Scientific AI Limited will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our software, including loss of profits, business opportunities, search-engine rankings, website traffic or data.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your website and data before installing plugins, performing bulk operations or making significant website changes.
Nothing in this section affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
23. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend access to licence-dependent services where we reasonably believe a licence is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or materially outside the purchased licence terms.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide the customer with an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination.
24. Changes to Products and These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices, technology or applicable laws.
The current version will be published on scientificai.co.uk together with the date it was last updated.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights that consumers may have under applicable mandatory law.
