Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital WordPress plugins, software licences and related products purchased from Scientific AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our products are digital software products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After successful payment, customers may receive access to downloadable plugin files, licence keys and related digital content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14-Day Cancellation Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Where applicable by law, consumers may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, when you request immediate access to downloadable software and expressly agree that the digital content may be supplied immediately, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may end once the download or digital delivery begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the software is faulty, defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We may provide a refund where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.<\/li>\n
  • You paid successfully but did not receive access to the purchased plugin or licence.<\/li>\n
  • The plugin has a verified technical defect that prevents it from performing a core advertised function and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix.<\/li>\n
  • The product was materially misrepresented on our website.<\/li>\n
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Cases Normally Not Eligible for Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Subject to your statutory rights, refunds will normally not be provided where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • You simply change your mind after downloading, activating or using the plugin.<\/li>\n
    • You no longer need the plugin.<\/li>\n
    • You purchased the wrong product without contacting us before downloading or activating it.<\/li>\n
    • Your hosting provider, WordPress installation, theme or another third-party plugin is incompatible with the product and the incompatibility was not caused by a defect in our plugin.<\/li>\n
    • A third-party API, service or platform changes, restricts or discontinues its service.<\/li>\n
    • You do not have the required third-party account, API key, hosting configuration or WordPress environment needed to use a feature.<\/li>\n
    • You expected functionality that is not stated in the product description.<\/li>\n
    • Your licence has been suspended because of misuse, unauthorised sharing, fraud or violation of our licence terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      OpenAI and Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Some Scientific AI plugins may connect to third-party services such as OpenAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Unless specifically stated otherwise, customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own third-party accounts and API keys and for any charges made directly by those third-party providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Payments made directly to third-party providers are not payments to Scientific AI and cannot be refunded by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Plugin Licences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Pro products may require an active Scientific AI licence key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Licence keys may be limited by the number of websites, duration or plan purchased. Licence keys must not be shared, resold or distributed except where expressly permitted by the applicable licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Subscriptions and Renewals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you purchase a recurring or annually renewing licence, renewal terms and prices will be shown during checkout or in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation options available through your account or by contacting us. Cancelling a renewal does not normally terminate access for the licence period that has already been paid for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Technical Problems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you experience a technical problem, please contact us before requesting a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please provide sufficient information for us to investigate the issue, such as your order number, WordPress version, plugin version and a description of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve verified problems with our software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Approved Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer and may take several business days after the refund has been issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Where appropriate, refunded or cancelled Pro licences may be deactivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Duplicate Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you believe you have been charged twice for the same order, please contact us with the order information so that we can investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
